2. How to pay my reservation?

When booking, 25% of the total price must be paid in advance. The rest is due at check in. For more information consult our Terms and conditions.

3. Do I have to pay a deposit ?

Yes, on the day of arrival you must pay a deposit of an amount that varies in between 200 and 500 Euros according to the apartment you have chosen.

4. How to cancel my reservation?

 Regarding the procedures for cancellation please see our Terms and conditions.

5. What should I do if I damage or break something?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the amount of degradation and try to repair or replace the objects to the extent possible.

6. What are the schedules of arrival and departure?

7. When will I have the keys to the apartment?

At check in time, you will be hosted in the apartment by a team member with whom you will check the state of the apartment and end the contract.

8. In case of need, how to get in touch?

Our team is at your disposal to answer any questions during the opening hours of our offices. Out of this schedule, and only in case of emergency, you will have the possibility to contact us through a mobile number which will be notified upon arrival.
